The rules for using SaySpend, including Pro subscriptions, AI accuracy, and account deletion.

These terms apply to SaySpend, a voice-first expense tracking app by Still Frost. By using SaySpend, you agree to these terms.
SaySpend helps you record and review personal expenses quickly. You can log expenses manually, by voice, through supported system shortcuts, or by supported receipt scanning features.
You may use SaySpend as a guest. Guest data is stored locally on your device. If you create an account or sign in, supported data can sync through SaySpend's backend so it can be restored across devices.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for reviewing your saved expenses for accuracy.
SaySpend Pro is offered through Apple In-App Purchase as auto-renewable subscriptions. Current plans may include monthly and yearly options.
Prices, billing periods, introductory offers, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple and shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm payment. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Restoring purchases in the app checks your Apple entitlement status.
Manual in-app logging may be available without a subscription. Voice-first quick logging, AI features, receipt scanning, insights, and other advanced features may be limited or require SaySpend Pro.
Feature limits may change as the product develops, but subscription purchase screens will describe the current Pro benefits before purchase.
SaySpend may use AI to parse transcripts, create short titles, scan receipts, and summarize spending patterns. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and editing expense entries before relying on them.
SaySpend does not provide financial, tax, legal, credit, investment, or debt advice. Spending summaries are informational and descriptive only. Research-inspired product framing does not mean SaySpend is clinically proven or guaranteed to save money.

Signed-in users can request account deletion from Settings in the app. Deleting your SaySpend account removes synced app data from the backend. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription; subscriptions must be managed through Apple.
SaySpend is provided as-is. We aim to keep the app fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that every feature will always be available on every device or region.
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
