Summary

Wristreads is designed so your reading content stays tied to your devices and reading workflow rather than advertising or third-party marketing.

The app may use privacy-safe derived analytics to understand reliability, onboarding, sync, and reading behavior without sending raw reading content.

  • Imported books and reading state stay tied to your device workflow.
  • Wristreads does not use reading content for advertising.
  • Analytics are limited to coarse product and reliability signals.

Information Wristreads stores

Wristreads can store books you import, Free Library selections, bookmarks, highlights, reading progress, and daily reading-goal state so the app can work properly on iPhone and Apple Watch.

That information is used to provide the reading experience you asked for.

Analytics boundary

Wristreads analytics are derived only.

The app does not send raw private reading text, raw personal document titles, raw personal authors, or session replay as part of its standard analytics events.

What Wristreads avoids

The current analytics boundary is intended to avoid collecting raw excerpts, raw highlights, raw document titles, raw authors, and similar private reading content in product analytics.

If the product's data practices change materially, this policy should be updated.
