My book is not showing up on Apple Watch

Open Wristreads on iPhone first, make sure the watch is paired and nearby, and confirm you finished the send-to-watch flow. If the issue continues, include the book format and whether it was imported or came from the Free Library.

An import failed or the file type was rejected

Wristreads supports EPUB, PDF, and TXT import on iPhone. If an import fails, send the file type, where it came from, and any error message shown in the app.

I restored purchases but Pro still looks locked

Open the paywall or settings area and try restore purchases again while signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. If it still fails, include a screenshot of the purchase state.

Reading progress or sync feels wrong

Tell support whether the issue happened on iPhone, Apple Watch, or both, and whether it affects one book or every book. A short screen recording or screenshot helps isolate the sync state quickly.

Supported formats

Apple Watch is optimized for the synced watch-reading experience, while some file handling remains iPhone-first.

Watch sync

If a book does not reach Apple Watch, first reopen the app on iPhone and Apple Watch and let the pair reconnect.

When reporting a sync issue, include whether the watch was paired, unlocked, and on the same Apple ID and connectivity session you expected to use.

Purchases

Wristreads subscriptions are handled through the App Store.

For billing or renewal issues, include the exact purchase or restore screen you saw and whether the issue is new or ongoing.
